Imagine what would have happened if they put a fraud fee to every employer caught employing an undocumented. It would have helped reduce undocumented crossing and employed by US employers but also used the same money from fraud penalty to secure the borders.

The reason for this is that Mumbai is 12 hours ahead in time of US. Please wait till today evening , the same will be reflected on DOS website. We have seen before that the VB bulletin cut off dates released earlier on US consulate websites in India than on the DOS websites in US

That gives me some hope..My PD is EB3 India Oct 2004...I am filing 485 now..hope I get GC in 2 years from now!!!!
I am sure you'll get GC by the end on this year or early next year. I might have called USCIS abt 15-20 times and from what I understand dates would retrogress for eb3 India, but not horribly. My guess in of the total applications in August 30% have older PD 02/03/04. Becuause pf PERM processing majority are 05/06/07.

Ah, so you are looking to purchase in Hyd. Here is the latest, if you already don't know.
There is a talk about HMDA which is an agency to overlook a project extending the Hyderabad to Bhongir in the East and to Medak in the west.
There will be strict implementation of plans for constructing new houses.
Realtors have already started marketing this and extracting high prices.
If you do have time to research, you can purchase land for cheap (around 3-4 thousand rupees per sql yard) in the outskirts.

Even if one member donates $100 in one calendar year to IV, it will make a huge impact in your own cause. And that just comes to 27 cents a day!!!!. Think about how much you spend on a cup of coffee or that vending machine at work or tipping at restaurants or a hair salon, folks, I am sure you can set aside 27 cents a day to help your own cause. I got financing using EAD in March 2010, and got refinancing recently still using EAD but not the WFC. There should no criteria or need to have GC only. Talk to agent or other lender and you need one, "DESI company" let me know.

I dont get it for EB3 India. First they said once we get over the APR 01 hump we should be move quicker. Well guess what we DID get over that hump. Why the heck arent the dates moving at all for us?
this is surprising. really the dates should move- at least some. i keep thinking with each bulletin that EB3 will surely move now but it just has not happened. at this moment of course they have simply made it U. i wonder though if the dates will move when the october quota comes in.

One thing for sure USCIS do likes April fools day a lot as this the date they usually pick when the retrogress. This proves that a fool named DOS in love with April fools day.:)
I don't know if anybody has noticed it but the dates for EB-2 for VB October 2007 was April 1, 2004 and for VB October 2008 is April 1, 2003. That is a retrogression of 1 year - not good. :mad:
