As suggested by pappu/starsun, this supporting thread provides impacted members with additional information and tools to help the initiative.

As pappu stated in the first post of the above referenced thread - some of the ongoing efforts include finding how many IV members would get benefit from such a provision and get basic details such as username/Priority Date of impacted members. Future action items might include drafting documents and letters to support this provision. There maybe actions such as sending emails etc. However we would not be able to open a public action item unless we can have thousands of our members willing to participate in a grassroots action item. This survey intends to understand the needs of our membership for this provision and collect grassroots information.
The fact is we have a dedicated group of volunteers (and we need more) who have been trying their best to spread the message about this initiative so that a strong grass-roots support can be created leading up to launch of the public action items. So far we have around 1100 people who have responded. Based on quick calculations carried out using PERM data, it is estimated that there are at least 60K-70K EB applicants waiting to file I-485/EAD/AP (this is a very conservative estimate..the actual number could be much more). Grass-roots initiatives require time and patience and we request maximum number of impacted folks to participate actively.

In the mean time, Florida's new Senator, George LeMieux, is certainly not sounding like a fighter for immigration reform. According to the Orlando Sentinel: LeMieux appears likely to steer clear of Martinez's controversial attempts to overhaul immigration law, which would include a path to citizenship for the undocumented. I got the following case status update yesterday:
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Notice returned as undeliverable.
On May 14, 2007, the post office returned our last written notice on this case as undeliverable. This can have serious effects on the processing of this case. Please call 1-800-375-5283 to update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent.
I have not moved in 2 years and have been receiving notices, EAD cards etc. at this address. I called Uscis and gave them my address again.
Has this happened to anyone before? How long has it taken to resolve the situation. Did you contact your local post office?

How come a govt. organization that is never known to do things on time, all of sudden is able to approve 60000 GCs in such a short period ? Why did they have to do it by end of June ? If they had done that by end of July would anything have been different for the folks who were getting the Green Cards - NO.
I think this was all planned. There was a reason why the numbers were made current and there is a reason why the numbers became unavailable.
I think we should get to the bottom of this. This stinks ......

My H1B expires in September and was filed under a different company name, but they are a successor in interest. so we were planning on amending the H1B when we file to extend. The problem now is - the beneficiary is in a new position AND as of September 1, 2009 the company has changed addresses.
A) In filling out the I-129 in Part 2, questions 2 and 5, what are the appropriate boxes to check?
I am afraid if we amend the current application, it won't also be extended and he will fall out of status.
part 2 Q 2asks " basic for classification" such as
1- new employment
2-continuance of previous approved employment
3-change in previously approved employment
4-new concurrent employment
5-change of employer
6- amended petition
B) Also, what documents, other than what we have, should be included in the filing?
We will file a new LCA with all updated information once we receive a certification of the current LCA and then withdraw it.

My I-94 and L1A visa expired on October of 2008. I received my I-797A notice of action and my extended I-94, which is valid until June of 2010. My HR manager said I should be ok as long as I don't leave the USA.
I need to travel outside of the United States for one week. Will I be able to re-enter the USA if I show the approved Petition I-129 with the new I-94 and the expired visa?
Or will I need to go to the consulate to get a new visa stamp extended to June 2010 to re-enter the USA?
I will appreciate your help.

I'd suggest contacting Adobe. Surely if you have a product that supports the file-format, and an upgrade of the firmware changes that, it's part of Adobe's support package to allow an upgrade of the Raw File support.

Friends - anyone here who has applied in PERM where job required B.S + 2 - 4 yrs of experience? Mine is a Job zone 4(sr. software engineer), requires B.S + 30 months and in the PERM form the lawyer has entered 'No' to H12 question 'Is this normal requirements'. Were they right? Or should I be worried? Anybody can share any experience? Thanks!
