Hi Friends,
My EAD expires in the mid of August.I am planning to go india at last week of July.I thought of applying for EAD renewal now.But my lawer said it is always preferrable that the candidate must present in US while processing EAD renewal.Is it ok if I apply for renewal after I come back from India.By that time,My EAD already expires.Will it be a problem If I apply for renewal after expiry of current EAD.I am currently on H1B visa and I am not using EAD status now.If it is a problem,I will postpone my India trip.

Ugandan-born Charles Wesley Mumbere, a former nurse's aide in Maryland and Pennsylvania, was crowned king of Uganda's 300,000-strong Rwenzururu Kingdom. Mumbere was sent to the US in 1984 as a young man in order to get an education. In 1987, he sought political asylum due to political upheaval in his country. He trained as a nurse's aide in the US and kept his royal status a secret for most of the last quarter century. Hello ,
My EB3- 485 is pending from June 07. I am on H-1 and my employer decided not to file 7 th year extension and asking me to use EAD.
If I change employer using EAD (AC21) , can new employer file GC in EB2 (EB3 priority date 2005) ( not H-1 transfer)

No issues, since her H1B is independent of your I-485. As long as she was in her old job/the job mentioned on her G-325 on the day you filed your app. you should be okay.
